Preview:
After Julio Teheran's eight inning, one-hit masterpiece yesterday, the Braves take to the road for a seven-game trip that begins in Los Angeles and ends in San Diego. Tim Hudson will take the mound for Atlanta tonight where he has struggled on the road this season. Hudson is 1-4 with a 7.67 ERA outside of Turner Field. The veteran right-hander will look to change his fortunes tonight as the Braves begin a four-game series with the last place Dodgers.
Hudson regained his form in his previous start against the Nationals last Saturday night, tossing 7 1/3 shutout innings in the no decision. Braves won 2-1 on BJ Upton's walk-off RBI single.
Opposing Hudson will be Zack Greinke, who's still trying to find his form since returning from a broken left collarbone. In four starts since his return, Greinke is 1-1 with a 6.75 ERA and has not pitched passed the sixth inning.

Braves catching fire once again:
Braves swept their sixth series of the season with a win over the Pirates on Wednesday. Braves have won five in a row, six of eight, and 14 of their last 18 games.
Julio Teheran had a career-high 11 strikeouts in Wednesday's win, losing his no-hit bid with two outs in the eighth inning on a pinch-hit, two-out single by Brandon Inge.

Dodgers making roster moves:
Hanley Ramirez was activated from the 15-day disabled list prior to Tuesday's game against the Padres and placed Chris Capuano on the disabled list with a lat strain.
Yasiel Puig was called up to make his Major League debut on Monday. In Tuesday's game, Puig hit two home runs, doubled, and drove in five runs. Puig returned to Earth last night, going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts.

Side note:
In 13 career starts against the Dodgers, Tim Hudson is 6-3 with a 3.67 ERA, while Zack Greinke is 0-1 with a 5.73 ERA in just two career starts against the Braves.
Dodgers 1B Adrian Gonzalez has had success against Hudson, going 8-for-17 with a couple of home runs and four runs driven in.
Braves OF Justin Upton has knocked around Greinke in his career, going 6-for-12 with a double, two home runs and four runs driven in.
